How TayfLink handles information during the early access phase.

Last updated: May 2026

At TayfLink, we understand that information about your child is personal and sensitive. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect during our early access prototype phase, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it.

01

Who we are

TayfLink is an early-stage digital platform designed to help families in Egypt take a clearer first step when they are concerned about their child's development, especially signs that may be related to autism.

During this prototype phase, TayfLink provides early guidance and request review. TayfLink does not provide a final diagnosis through the website.
02

Information we may collect

When you submit a request, we may collect:

  • Parent or caregiver name
  • Email address
  • Child's age
  • Notes about the signs or concerns you are noticing
  • Answers submitted through any early screening or request form
  • Any information you choose to share with us voluntarily

We do not ask for unnecessary national ID information during this early stage.

03

Why we collect this information

We collect this information to:

  • Review your request
  • Understand the concern you are sharing
  • Decide whether early guidance or specialist review may be helpful
  • Contact you about the next step, if appropriate
  • Improve the TayfLink prototype and user experience
  • Maintain basic operational records during the early access phase
04

How we use your information

Your information may be reviewed by the TayfLink team involved in early support, under medical guidance where needed.

We use your information only for the purposes explained in this policy. We do not sell your personal information.

05

Medical guidance and limits

Any early guidance provided through TayfLink is not a final diagnosis and does not replace a full medical or developmental evaluation.

If a specialist review or consultation is arranged, any medical opinion or recommendation remains the responsibility of the qualified medical professional providing it.

06

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to people who need it for the early support process.

However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We continue to improve our processes as the platform develops.

07

Sharing your information

We do not share your information publicly.

We may share relevant information only when needed to:

  • Review your request
  • Coordinate communication with a qualified specialist, if applicable
  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
  • Protect users, families, or TayfLink from misuse or harm
08

How long we keep your information

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the early access process, follow-up, operational records, or legal requirements.

As the platform develops, we will define and publish clearer retention periods.

09

Your choices and rights

You may contact us to ask about your information, request correction, or ask us to delete your information where legally and operationally possible.

Children's information

Because TayfLink may receive information about children, we ask that forms are completed only by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver.

The latest version will always be available on this page.
