How TayfLink handles information during the early access phase.
Last updated: June 2026
At TayfLink, we understand that information shared by families may be personal and sensitive. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect during the current early access stage, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it.
TayfLink is an early-stage digital platform designed to help families in Egypt take a clearer first step when they are concerned about their child's development, especially signs that may be related to autism.
During the current early access stage, when you submit an initial request, we may collect:
We collect this information to:
TayfLink uses the initial information you provide to manage your request, contact you, and guide you to the suitable follow-up step.
We may use the contact information you provide to send a private link to complete an initial observation form before consultation with the relevant specialist doctor. This form is separate from TayfLink; answers are entered and reviewed only within the doctor’s system, and TayfLink does not view the answers submitted in that form or its results.
We use your information only for the purposes explained in this policy. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for promotional or marketing messages unless you give us separate consent in the future.
TayfLink does not provide medical diagnosis through the website. Any guidance provided is for early orientation only and does not replace a full medical or developmental evaluation.
If a specialist review or consultation is arranged, any medical opinion or recommendation remains the responsibility of the qualified medical professional providing it.
During the current stage, submitted information may be stored using secure digital tools such as Google Drive or Google Sheets with limited access permissions.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to authorized people who need it to manage requests, follow up with families, or coordinate the suitable next step.
No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We continue to improve our data protection processes as the service develops.
We do not share your information publicly. Relevant initial request information may be shared with the physician only when needed to coordinate the follow-up step. Any separate follow-up form will be handled under its own consent.
We do not share your information with third parties for marketing. If a future stage requires referral to a specific external provider or center, we will seek clear consent where needed.
TayfLink does not view the detailed answers or results of any initial observation form completed within the specialist doctor’s system, and does not use that data for marketing or analytics purposes.
We keep initial request information for the duration of service delivery or for two years, whichever is shorter.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting contact@tayflink.com. We will respond to such requests in line with applicable legal and operational requirements.
You may contact us to ask about your information, request correction or updating, request deletion, withdraw your consent at any time, or ask us not to contact you further. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, where applicable.
Requests should be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or a person who has the authority to communicate on behalf of the child. By submitting a request, you confirm that you have the required authority or permission to do so.
We use the information provided in the initial request form to help identify the appropriate follow-up path, as explained in this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy as TayfLink develops, especially before introducing more detailed forms, expanded services, or future stages of the platform.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
